Monocle Headquarter London

Monocle magazine founder, Tyler Brûlé, commissioned MACH to redesign the magazine's new headquarters, Midori House, in the heart of London. The 1960s building had retained many of its original Mid-Century Modern features. The aim of the interior concept was to give these remarkable architectural and design elements a new life.

For example, decorative elements from the building's façade were transferred to handcrafted, wooden partitions dividing public spaces inside the building. In addition, MACH's overall design concept highlights the building's impressive view of a historic city park, giving the global company and its international employees dynamic, local roots.
