4D DESIGN PROCESS

 

DISCOVER

In collaboration with the client, MACH identifies key needs and core messaging through a series of workshops. In this initial phase, spatial requirements are assessed in a strategic layout. Following this, MACH develops a comprehensive creative brief to guide the overall concept, aligned with the defined strategy.

 

DESIGN

Building on the insights from the discovery phase, MACH creates a tailored design concept. Throughout this creative and iterative process, multiple design scenarios are explored to establish the most suitable design strategy. This phase results in the definition of schematic designs, including layouts, mood, materials, furniture, and detailed lead drawings. The design is refined in close collaboration with the client and relevant specialists. All finalized information is consolidated in the design documents.

 

DEVELOP

During the development phase, MACH further refines the design by specifying proportions, materials, colors, and construction methods. Effective coordination with all project stakeholders ensures that the design vision remains intact. The proposed elements are validated through material samples and mock-ups. MACH also collaborates with partners to establish a detailed construction schedule and cost plan, and, if necessary, handles the application for building permits. This phase concludes with the finalization of the construction documents.

In this phase, MACH works closely with the client, specialists, and implementation partners to oversee construction, ensuring quality, time schedule, and budget management throughout the construction process.
