The Kloten branch is centrally located next to Kloten railway station.
Customers are welcomed in each branch by the so-called ‘Greenwall’, a wall covered in real, preserved plants.
The community table with the rear bar wall forms the ‘centrepiece’ of the branch. Here, customers are greeted, served and advised in a relaxed atmosphere. In addition, semi-open consultation niches provide space for advisory discussions. In the waiting area, the lounge invites customers to linger, while they can learn about news from the financial world and ZKB’s offers at the inspiration wall. The boutique in the entrance area showcases selected publications and objects that are inspiring for financial and life planning.
On the first floor, there are dynamically designed meeting rooms that enable employees to cater to the individual needs of customers and ensure a feel-good atmosphere.
