The new Victorinox Boutique in Lyon is located in the historic Grand Hôtel Dieu complex in the heart of the city. The Hôtel-Dieu hospice is an emblematic monument of the city of Lyon. It was founded by the clergy in the 12th century. The renovation and conversion project were implemented taking into account this heritage and the history of the site, with the aim of enhancing the building, the courtyards and the surrounding gardens. The Grand Hôtel-Dieu is set to become one of Lyon's premier locations for shopping, dining and relaxation.
The Victorinox Boutique, located on Rue Bellecordière, has a sales area of 60m2, where Victorinox presents a large selection of their high quality swiss made products. Open on three sides, to the street, the courtyard and the passage, the boutique has a particularly bright and welcoming atmosphere. The floor-to-ceiling shop windows are covered with large screens, graphics and displays specially made for this location. The interior design of the boutique represents high quality, naturalness and Swissness, thus representing the core values of the Victorinox brand.
The boutique, with two entrances facing each other, is divided into three main zones, which provide dedicated areas for the different product categories. In the center of the boutique is the service area with a personalization station, where customers can assemble their own pocket knives and have them engraved.
